Sounds like a tube, so maybe replace it.  <br>A working piece of equipment sells for the best price versus an unknown. I was just curious if the amp is messed up somehow or if it just needs new tubes?  I'm trying to sell it, and saying that it just needs new tubes, so I dont want to end up screwing somebody.
