I had an issue with a equalizer pedal awhile ago and when I plugged it in it made a loud squeal.<br><br>I changed the battery and used a "new" battery that came with the pedal and the same thing happened switched that out and it was fine.<br><br>I stopped running any pedals off batteries and now use a One Spot to power all my pedals and haven't had a problem since.<br><br>If you are running off batteries I'd give it try you have nothing to lose.]]></content:encoded>

When turned on it makes a VERY loud feedback hum and the sound from the guitar is not audible. If I fiddle with the knobs a bit I can get it to work but it very quickly returns to the hum again! Anybody know what could be wrong and how to fix it? Thanks]]></content:encoded>
