Extremely versatile, sounds totally killer. Ignore what everyone else says, just try it in store and get blown away :)

I was just wondering what kind of gear i should look into that would really be the best for that style of playing. I'm looking for a nice, crunchy low end (for distorted metal chords) as well as a nice screaming high end for those bluesy solos, with that, an amp that can really play nice clean chords would be awesome. Price isn't really a concern right now so any suggestions would be awesome. Right now i have a small Yahama practice amp and a copycat strat (with a humbucker in the bridge), i don't mind the sound but it feels like something is missing.
