I am a solo performer usually sings with acoustic-electric guitar. I was approached by my friend who has openned a garden restaurant. He asked me to perform at night there but he doesn't have any idea for the sound system to buy. He asked me what I need but I do not know the specifics. Could anybody give me suggestions what is the best equipment we'll invest on. For me, I just need a mic (for my vocals) and cable for my guitar. I am using guitar CPX8 Yamaha and MatonEM225. May be i'll use guitar effects if necessary. What brand and set-up do you prefer for us to buy and the power also because it will be outdoor about 150square-meters garden area. Do we need to have vocal effects, mixer, PA, speakers, etc.? What wil be the specs? which kind would be compatible? I'll prefer more of the accoustic solo and singing folk, country and even new pop songs but I will make it in my own style because I am just alone playing... thanks. need ur suggestions very urgently... my location is bangkok..
