The '59 Bassman reissue is actually listed under guitar amps instead of bass amps at Fender's site.  <br><br>The more common modern bass amps will have a very different sound.  Esp. Yep, it's often something like that. I have a desk light that uses a small fluorescent tube - instant interference. I get around it by using a passive DI box with ground lift, that I got off fleabay for peanuts.]]></content:encoded>
