I am a 50 year old lady who is passionate about music, particularly guitar music. My favourite genres are blues and rock but also like other stuff as well.

I have been playing for three years but have got stuck in a rut. Can play most normal open chords but really stuck with the barre chords and it's really holding me back and demoralising me. I know by my age I am not going to be able to be great but I still want to progress and improve.

Got three lovely guitars - beautiful Taylor electro acoustic, an Epiphone Les Paul Custom Pro which I adore and an Epiphone 339 which is gorgeous too. Sadly I feel at the moment like it's all the gear but no idea!
