Yeah I used to call you Misses Marv. Pet you are amazing. Yeah I'm not Izzy or Joca(remember the Dark Embryos?), not even Pup, but I am the Yakuza Guitarist formerly known as "The Scottish mammary" aka McBobie. What made you think of The Hip? Is my typing that obvious?
<-------------------------OH Yeah the Avatar! In Violet Light. Remember "It's a Good Life if You Don't Weaken"
Oh My God I was right! Kinda.
Yeah please don't call me Misses Marv any more, I've not been that since he decided to put his 'fingers' in other 'pies', if you catch my drift.
How could I forget the Dark Embryos or our GN chatroom smash hit "Get Your Hands Off My Tranny...
No it wasn't your typing, just the only GN people I haven't spoken to / heard from in a while, either on here or MSN etc, were Preston, Grim and your good self.
When I think of you I think of the Hip, that other band you really liked and that fabulous green cut away acoustic you have hanging on the wall.
Good God it's great to hear from you again!!!

No I don't 'know' you but I *DO* remember seeing you about way back when.
If you thought the Texas thread was interesting you should dig out the old 'Sticker Removal' & 'Soldering Health Warning' on the Guitar Repair and Maintenance board. Some of the posts / postee's were lost in the server crash, but they're still pretty funny.
And thanks for the WB.

Wow, I figured you were around longer then that Geoo. I guess being here upwards of 4 years, some time starts to get mingled together. I still thought it would be longer though.
*Pet, when did you stop posting? I'm just trying to get some sort of mental time-line on the go.
Vacate is the word...Vengance has no place on me or her...Cannot find a comfort in this world.
Wow Taiwan, what did you do to deserve that?
Is it true about Asian knickers in vending machines?
My company uses a manufacturing company here.
Haven't seen the undies here in Taiwan -- sounds more like Japan. Here, the machines have canned latte (heated) and more mundane things. Strangest thing (non living -- that would be another story) I've seen for sale were the tazers at the company cafeteria. Sitting there slurping noodles and funny sea creatures when all of a sudden BrrrrrZAAAAAPPPP! Some little 90-y.o. guy is over in the corner trying to sell the young women "protection." I bought a flashlight.
You looking for Asian knickers?

Around October 2005. I had some things going on and needed to take some time out for a while.
So have you been here longer than me then? I originally joined GN in January 2003

England had the self heating coffee in a can for a while, I don't think it was very popular so they stopped doing it.
Tazers at work, that sounds like fun :? (Could you get me one?)
I wasn't particularly looking for Asian Knickers, but if you did happen to come across some then I know my friend Jordan would *LOVE* some and I'd have to send some to Desarae just to freak her out.

I'm guessing they'd probably be something like "Hello Kitty" knickers. So where do we go with that one ....

LOL! From what I've heard they're pre-owned, un-washed school girl knickers, thinking about it you're probably right about it being Japan.... creepy.

I think what confused you is that I started in Feb 2005 and at some point I quit posting for a little bit. So in Feb 2005 I was too much of a newbie to know or recognize Pet. Then I quit posting for a bit and started back up probably about the time Pet stopped. Didnt mean to throw your mind in a wringer. Pet is definately older (In GN years) than that Geoo

Yeah that sounds about right, I know I wasn't posting much through out early 2005 because, I'd just lost my son, then I had some other personal and health problems to deal with so I just stopped all together. Then early 2006 I asked Nick to delete my account because there was some creepy stuff happening at the time an, but that's all sorted out now (I hope), and now I'm back!

Just wanted to comment on your avatar ( ya photo )
Why do people who wear glasses ( I myself wear them ) peer over the top of the glasses ?
Are they not worn to see through ?
Ya pic reminds me of a teacher I had waaaaaaaaaaaaay back then ,mm I mean waaaay back then when I had a life ..
Trust me the teacher thing is a good thing
Here is to you as good as you are
And here is to me as bad as I am
As good as you are and as bad as I am
I'm as good as you are as bad as I am
I peer over the top of mine to see how much beer I have left in it.
I started with nothing - and I've still got most of it left.
