Just a quick introduction before i start pestering you with newbie questions about guitar repair and care stuff.
I live in Germany (but am currently visiting my father in Brittany (the northwest of France, for the geographically impaired :) )), and have been playing for about a year. I like building and modifying stuff, so its no surprise that it didn't take too long for me to attack my Instruments with tools. :twisted:

My equipment includes:
- cheap "Vantage" Strat-clone, currently being modified
- ca 1958 Hopf "Twisty", caught it at a fleamarket, currently being restored
- very cheap nylon string accoustic guitar
- Peavey Bandit 100 combo amp
- Park ("by Marshall"...cheap :) ) 15w practice amp

I have no prior experience in working with instruments, but i am a quick learner and i'm generally good with tools. I'll start new threads with my actual projects.
