Strange thing for me was that I dusted off my guitar and started practicing again days before he died. I was and still am saddened by his death.

I never heard of Dimebag, but from the tributes I've read, a lot of people liked him....so he must have done something right!!!!!

So sad, after reading about him. I've even recently download some Pantera and Damageplan from iTunes. Good music, but also a tragic way to discover new music.
