Not sure if I can post this here but I'll try. I was looking through my garage the other night and came across a book that my daughter had call Musicians Notebook.

A handy resource for the creative musician, this book contains manuscript paper with blank chord charts and blank treble and bass staffs to record musical thoughts, experiments, and epiphanies. Also includes inspirational quotes from artists such as Eric Clapton, Billie Holiday, Sarah McLachlan, Peter Buck, Muddy Waters and other musically-inspired minds such as Aldous Huxley and Mencius. Printed on recycled paper.

Anyway it's a neat little book especially if you are into writing your own music etc. There are other things on the website that are music related also.

http://www.theafternoon.com/315070.html
