[#17353]

In a couple of hours (1:15) we take the stage for one of my favorite gigs of the year. It's an outdoor gig with professional sound and professional sound crew. It's great fun, and the best part is the students tolerate our music well enough that they invited us back this year. Of the gigs we get to play in the band, I think this one is my favorite.

WittFREE.

Looks like a nice area to play, and sounds like you all will have a blast. 8)

Have fun! :D

Musenfreund

Looks like a great time.

So which of those groups is you?

I loved this line from the article:

"Other activities include inflatable games"

What the heck is an inflatable game? :D

We're WittFREE, the faculty group, or as we called ourselves in honor of the occasion and the headliner, "Older than Ezra". Inflatable games -- like inflatable ball pits for grown-ups near as I could tell.

The gig went very well and we had a blast.

Here's the setlist:

A Change Would Do You Good
Oh Darlin!
Big Yellow Taxi
Day Tripper
Drive My Car
Back in the USSR
Twist and Shout
Can't Buy Me Love
Miss You
Give Me One Reason
Hard Day's Night
When Will I Be Loved
Eight Days a Week
I Can't Explain
You Oughta Know
Long Train Runnin'

I've got one but I have no idea how to post it since I don't have a website.

Send it to me and I can post it or if you want go to Photobucket and create a free account. It can host your pictures for you.

Hmm, let's try this then. Okay, that seems to work. Thanks for the tip. The photo's a bit on the large side. I'm the guy with the red Washburn in the black Sun Studio baseball cap.

Musenfreund

Thanks for the great pic. This is the first pic I've ever seen of you. It's nice to see what member's look like. I always pictured you with dark hair. :D

And as Dennis said, that was a nice stage. Looks like a great time.
