                        <content:encoded><![CDATA[Keeping with the Rollmop Music brand thingy, I guess it'd have to be...<br><br>"El Rollmop"<br><br>which, knowing my luck, probably means something disgustingly rude in colloquial Spanish.<br><br>I went into Clacton last summer between the Essex Guitar Orchestra gig in Walton and our restaurant booking that same evening, looking for a one-hour photo place.                         <content:encoded><![CDATA[I'd love to see the shows too.....last time I was in Essex was, I think, 1969 - a holiday in Clacton. It's where I saw my first cricket match, too - my Dad took me to see a Sunday League game (the John Player League, I think it was back then.) I have memories of Keith Boyce and John Lever bowling, and the game must have been against Sussex - I definitely remember John Snow and Tony Greig playing.<br><br>'Bout time I got down to that part of the country again.....<br><br>All the best, Alan! If you're around....<br><br>Alan Green - me, that is - is at The Fox Inn on the village green in Finchingfield, Essex, every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday lunchtime until further notice, playing a program of light classics and the occasional movie theme but mostly stuff by a bunch of dead guys. Free entry. 12:30 pm each day. <br><br><br>30th May - Essex Guitar Orchestra at The Bell Hotel in Thetford. Lunchtime and maybe a second show later. This is a variety night so exact timing details and ticket prices to follow.<br><br>11th July - Cambridge Guitar Orchestra at the Hitchin Festival.
