On a sad note, reading the notes, I didn't know he was ill - and has probably a year to live. I admire his spirit though, he won't quit playing till he has to!

I saw Wilko, with the original Dr Feelgood line up, way back in the mid 70's .....seen them a few times since in various incarnations. Never managed to catch Wilko again, though....
