a hum? listening to it now and I don't hear it. Wonder what happened. I'll learn this stuff if it kills me. DID it sound okay other than the hum?

you guys sound great!!!! as i was starting to do some mixing i got an idea :idea: If you guys don't mind i would like to add a bit of lap steel to the background to give it a more bluesy sound, and it would make the BT sound less like a midi file, OK??--the dog

help, my computer has fallen and it can't boot up :!: :!:
My PC has problems and is in the shop, :cry: so i'm on the lap top for a few days. i can still do the jam on the lap top but i need everyone to send me your parts again same email adress, should go through ok(i hope) if i can get all the parts in i should be done by late tonight or early tomorrow. tyhanks, the dog

Ok dog, no problem. I'm at work now don't get home till 9 tonight so I won't be able to send it until then. !!!!UPDATE!!!!! I forgot I saved the original msg. complete w/attachments in my sent folder on gmail. Just resent dog you should have it any time now

hey tele, I thought it sounded just fine, we aint the rolling stones (yet) 8) 8)This is a learning thing you know, we all learn from these jams :wink: I think the mood was consistant throughout, kind of reminded my of 5o's slow rock, kinda like "sleepwalking" or is it "sleepwalk", any way it turned out a lot different than i thought it would, very moody, i liked the result 8) 8) I did a slight adjustment this morning to the levels ( mostly shibbys) hope the mix is ok with every one.--the dog

Your part was fine. You could work on vibrato a bit to add feeling but your part was clean and timely and that is the important part.
I had trouble getting picked up by the bt...I can't quite identify why. It could have been the levels of the drums with the rest of the track...drums seemed turned up a LOT compared to the other instruments.
Everyone did really great though. Good end product.
