As it was pretty reduced at £139 from SoundControl.

The 'demos' seemed good, and I think it will suit my needs apart from not being able to edit tones on the computer.

It's slightly out of your budget, but if you can stretch I'd highly recommend taking at look at the Vox Tonelab LE, or even an older SE model. It has all the facilities you want, plus a few extra pedals to keep you jumping around!

I want a guitar effects pedal, with the following requirements:

On-board Tuner - Easy accessible

ideally 3 footswitches I can assign different tones

amp modelling

again, ideally, xlr/studio output.
