I went in and played it and really liked it and my teacher confirmed that it's not very different at all from the Epiphones. The Brownsville is $40 cheaper.  Anyway, he told me today that he would have a Brownsville in the shop next week and that he would let me bring it home and try it for a few days. Not a bad guitar, but I'd think twice about spending nearly the same amount on one as I could get a standard Epi LP for.  The Epi was probably also made somewhere in Asia, so I would carefully compare the quality of hardware and level of finish between the two as you make your decision.<br><br>Good luck.]]></content:encoded>
