The picture below is an older version. Mine looks exactly the same but it has a knob labled BOOM(there was a sticker on the knob which mentioned it) that basically increases the volume using the battery which also powers the active pickups.



Purchase Price: $200. The only problem I ever had with Rondo, and it wasn't them per se, was the acoustic 6-string I recently bought from them. The fretboard had a split at a couple if frets. Otherwise I would have kept it.
