                        <content:encoded><![CDATA[Hey Vic  :D <br><br>Yeah, I agree that P90's would be a good choice for a slide guitar.<br>Most hollowbody slide players prefer P90's over HB's.<br><br>I had P90's in my SG.<br>I thought they were a bit bassy.<br>A bit too much on the low end for my liking.<br>I attribute that to my Fender tuned ears though.<br>I have played vintage Gibbo ES-125's w/P90's and really liked them (for nice clean sounds).<br><br>You have HB's, so I think you'll probably love P90's.<br><br>Here's what Wiki says about them.<br>Quite informative.<br><br><a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/P-90">http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/P-90</a><br><br>Ken]]></content:encoded>

Yeah, got that point first time.  :roll:  But consider ...<br><br>As Epis <I>are </I>available in the UK, and occasionally even at reasonable or sale prices (there's even some evidence in Vic's links), these might be reasonable alternatives to the guitars Vic is considering. And if he really wants something for bottleneck or slide, they may be even <I>more </I>appropriate.]]></content:encoded>
