                        <content:encoded><![CDATA[A songwriter friend of mine was just in LA, hanging out with a friend of his, an award winning producer (who shall remain un-named, but you've probably heard a lot of his work).  The producer was working on a project, mixing down an album.  My buddy spent a lot of time with him during the sessions, and at one point asked him "how do you know you're done with a mix"?<br><br>The producer and my buddy go way back - they had a band together in high school.  So he got a remarkably honest answer:<br><br>"Whoever's paying for it runs out of money or time.  Until then, you just keep working on it."]]></content:encoded>
