                        <content:encoded><![CDATA[I've been playing Eva Cassidy's songbird, and van morrison I put on a lot if feeling down; I'v e also got this album of a group of children singing with some Australian Tibetan monks, really uplifting with the childrens innocent voices and the lovely percussion and drum music, just cheers me up so much.  I also go for a walk by the river in the early morning with the sun on the water - just magic, makes you feel energized when you go home, cheers  :)]]></content:encoded>
