Under various laws, and especially 'The Random Guitarist Temptations (Rules and procedures) Act, 1931', stealing of picks can lead to imprisonment of upto 5 yrs with a guitar having bizzarly high action with 50 year old steel strings on it or a fine of 500 picks or both.
