First off, I have always thought that this guy should make the straps FIRST before posting them on eBay so there wouldn't be such a long wait. Secondly, I think ItaliaStraps posts MORE straps than they can make in a reasonable amount of time and that causes a FURTHER delay. I think they are a victim of their own success.

This is all just my opinion based on my experience with IteliaStraps. I have received 3 excellent straps from them. But I just feel like many "big" businesses (I use the term BIG as a metaphor) ItaliaStraps lost track of quality control and customer satisfaction.
