I like it.<br>now I have a Dunlop round  ned. sure helps on some things.<br><br><br>Im still not sure about that tab,.<br><br>it does look like the slide stays on the 4..angles up for the 5 and angling back for the 3.<br>dunno sorry.<br><br>bar chatter is somewhat normal. listening to slide recordings I ususally hear some bar slap . makes it authentic.  maybe.]]></content:encoded>

                        <content:encoded><![CDATA[Actually it's lap steel style on a tele set up for bottle neck slide, which is probably part of the problem, however it's the only thing I have at the moment. Also the only laop steel slide I have a the moment is the non-bullet tiped bar with grooves. Though I'll be getting a bullet bar in a few weeks.<br><br>I didn't know about that type of slant and pivot, I'll have to give it a try. Thanks. Any more ideas? Anyone?]]></content:encoded>

                        <content:encoded><![CDATA[do you know slants?<br><br>that last measure where one note stays on 4 with the 5 and 3 on the string above it looks like you anchor the slide on the 4 then pivot from 5 to 3.<br><br>forgive me I not too good with TABS. also I dont have my lap steel right here.<br><br><br>you mentioned bar chatter. I dont see where the bar would chatter; but then I play lap steel and the frets are about a mile below the strings.<br><br>on my acoustic, not really set up for slide, I get chatter . just a bit. it's acceptable because it sounds natural.<br><br><br>as I experience more and more slide work I have learned that the bar doesnt have to stay on the strings all the time.<br>I lift off. there is a bit of a buzz when I put the bar down on a vibrating string. I am learning to pick block and palm mute to illiminate that.<br><br>many great players use a bullet bar. its great for single note runs as the bar tip is the only part on the string.<br><br>if you are playing finger style bottle neck then I apologize becaue I might have wasted your time.<br><br>mia culpa.]]></content:encoded>
