"Treetop Flyer" by Steven Stills is the gold standard for me in DADGAD. If I could ever play that one, I would feel I had reached my goal as a guitar player. All I have ever been able to find on the internet is a tab of the intro and the chords with instructions "use Travis-style picking throughout".

I've started working on the very basics of Travis picking, but I wish I had a more complete tab of this song. If nothing else just a general picking pattern for all or some of the chords.

Probably the most famous DADGAD song is Led Zep's "Kashmir". The tuning has a really nice sound with the droning if you strum. Kind of reminds me of a bagpipe.

Many Celtic-style songs are in DADGAD including Doug Sparling's excellent lesson on the home page, and one or two of Hodge's lessons. Also Zeppelin's Kashmir and Black Mountainside come to mind, the latter inspired by Bert Jansch's Black Waterside. Hope that helps.

Though my next few lessons will be more Celtic in nature, I'm planning on eventually including those tunes in a lesson/lessons, as well as other non-Celtic DADGAD songs...Poles Apart by Pink Floyd comes to mind as well. I imagine there are tabs out there for those songs as well.
