I had the music book years ago, and it's been ages since I've even heard the song. I recall that EEEEBE was the tuning (at least for one of the guitars), but it seem liked it was used more for a drone sound than playing full chords (I've seen the tuning refered to as "E Drone" or "E Modal"). A quick Google found a few tabs (whether they're correct or not, I can't say - but they seem close to the way I remember it being in my book):

E 000097 E 000054 E 000000 Asus2 055000 B(no3) 777777
B6(no3) 777797 A7sus4 000033 Esus4 000055 D6(no3) 01010000 D(no5) 000032

A/E 0000109 E7(no3) 00001210 C#m(no3) 000010 D/E 000121214 C#m(no3) 000101012
C#m(no3)2 000099 A(no3)555555 F#m(no3)141414141414 D(no3)2 101010101010
E(no3)2 121212121212 Bm 777777
