                        <content:encoded><![CDATA[I'm no expert, but let's apply a little logic....say for argument's sake you use 9's on standard EADGBE tuning. Basically, you're moving the bottom five strings - EADGBx - to the top five strings in the new tuning...xEADF#B, so you'd have an 11 on the top string....and the new bottom string (B) would have to be a lot lower than the old E string.<br><br>So you'd have to go down at least two gauges - 9's to 11's, 10's to 12's, etc. You may want to go even lower than that - SRV for instance used 15's, although he downtuned as well. <br><br> :D  :D  :D <br><br>Vic]]></content:encoded>
