I'm assuming you mean 4th fret on the first string, not the second.  But I still don't understand that...wouldn't you have to make it match higher in order to make the original string lower?  The way I understand it, because standard's matching with the 5th fret, you would make the half-step lower by making a half-step up from the lower string match with the second string, because you have to go a half-step higher to reach the same sound.]]></content:encoded>
