I enjoyed the whole book image thing. It reminded me a bit of the old hippy phase when everybody started referring to their lives as "My movie" for a while... :wink:

I liked the "eraser shavings" reference too. I think that one of the marks of a good writer is that they can be ruthless when it comes to appraising their own work, and removing what doesn't fit. The ability to be honestly self-critical about your life (as in the song) and make changes is pretty handy too! :wink:

You've had a busy week this week! :D haven't had time to check out the other ones yet. Good luck shaping them all up.

Yeah I've done a lot of things in my past so this week's assingment really inspired me. That's why I've writin a lot.

It took me a few reads before I made up my mind what it was about (I have a tendency to be slow on such things sometimes :? )

But that said, I liked it more with every read and the title matches the song perfectly.

Now, I might be way off on this one, and forgive me if I am, but I just want to know if I got the message. It seems to me that you've written about someone fighting their personal demons (and winning, yaay! :) )
So.. I'll feel real silly if that is completely wrong :oops:
