If you're going with an old style blues template (and we're talking truly old acoustic style blues), then you might want to throw in a measure or two with a time signature change. In many of the early blues recordings you can hear the performer throw in a measure of two-four, three-four or even five-four simply to accomodate the vocal line. Usually this will happen right before the chord changes in standard twelve bar blues.<br><br>Really liked this one!
