There is one line in there that stands out for me that I don't particularly like: Don't take your frustrations out on me...... I think most of the song is about reconciliation, but this line feels like a pre-emptive accusation, probably not going to help the cause. Other than that it looks promising.
I would love to hear this one in this style.

I really do like the bridge and the verse leading into the bridge ..

But I have been around here for far too long now to suggest something that might be better ...You guys wil post a MP3 that shatters my thoughts ...

So I reserve the right not say a real lot till I now your going to record it or not ...

If you do record it I will give a better reveiw after that ...

Chances are about a million to one we can salvage something out of this mess,
And the chances of us ever getting back to how it was are a whole lot less....

We've been stuck in a rut for way too long,
We've been singing the same old same old song,
Same old arguments, same old blues,
By now we should have paid our dues......

Chances are we could continue like this, and cary on in the same old vein,
But the chances are that one or both of us would wind up totally insane.....

We've been prisoners of our wedding rings,
We've been guilty of the same old things,
Same old conversations, same old script,
Isn't it time that the pages were ripped?
