I would say that it seems short and unfinished. There's nothing wrong with a short set of lyrics, but these feel like only part of a song. Flesh it out, give us more detail.

Certainly what you have so far is well written.

What you have here is a pretty good start , although it does need a little tweeking in my mind .

I would use this as chorus

"I didn't have any money
My family and friends were there
When I was young it was kind of funny
Because I had no hair "

and to keep the flow of your lyrics going I would probably finish with it .
