I like what you have to say in your song but a few things bother me.

I think at the end of the first verse you should omit...Ahead

shorten up the first line of the second verse
Looking in the rear view mirror

and maybe reword the begining of the third verse something like...
Everybody chooses how their road is paved
Can't help but wonder if I chose the right way

and the final verse another reword something along this line
It's never too late for me to change my road
If I don't feel happy about where it goes

As always, Just my opinion use them don't use them modify them.

By the way which pittsburgh????
If it' PA then you know there is no such thing as a Paved road
