only thing which makes me wonder...
They come here most nights I pour them liquor
listen to thier tales of woe and strife I though the man goes to the bar by himself to drink and she sits at home(or wherever) and is like a 'widow of a barroom' because that's all her man is now, an alcaholic in a baroom griefing for lost days...
so it seemed unsuitable to me to say 'they come here most nights...'
or do they go there together??? no now I think I got it with 'they' you mean just everyone who comes to the bar?!

anyway I really love this verse. and why not make it an Irish song if you feel like it? most of the Irish songs I've heard so far had a really sweet charm about them.
