This is a good blues song and has all the elements of this week's assignment - well done. It's got quite a sinister 'done me wrong' kind of attitude as well - typical of the blues.

One thing I would point out is the mix of tenses in the verse detracts from the song. I'd make the whole thing in the present tense sort of

Going down to the corner  
have my heart on my sleeve
Looking for my sweet baby  
Going to beg her not to leave
I'll find the man who's taking her  
On a train out west
I'll teach him a lesson  
He'll never forget.
