Joe Not at all. In fact, my song (the one I am working on at the moment doesnt say "Blues Skies" either. Atleast thats not what I thought the lesson was about. I am with you, that its metaphor.

I couldn't help wondering how we'd review this here if we didn't aready know that it had been written by Irving Berlin and had been a hit for Bing Crosby and Wiilie Nelson, among others. :P

Seems kind of corny, repetitive and cliched today. I suppose it goes to show that words on their own can look a bit thin and that the music and the singer can make all the difference. :D :D
