Was starting to get out of controlI really liked this part. When I read it though, I thought "Was starting to get out of control" would sound better with "Was starting to get cold." But, when analyzing it, it could have totally different meanings. I just thought it sounded cool (no pun intended.) It functions perfectly as a transition between the upper and lower parts. The last line also, I love how it uses fire imagery and a concrete image to describe an abstract feeling (I think that sounds right...)
