Not a bad song and I don't think it says too little - let's face it we're talking pop here not rocket science.  I think the problem is in this verse:

And now the wind
Stirs the leaves around me
Now you have found me
I'm not alone any more

At this point you're trying to round off the story and the first two lines don't add anything to the song at all.  I'd rethink this verse but especially those two lines.

Otherwise good stuff - I heard the chorus with loud drums and a percussive style of guitar (if that makes any sense).
