This is an excellent piece with which to make a welcome comeback.

Very powerful - I like the contrasts within the song which reinforce its point e.g.

Warheads
Make us live in peace

The last few lines of the first verse don't sit comfortably with me and it's the word average that bothers me. I'd substitute it with populus - I know it sounds pretentious but it's more descriptive of who you mean.

There's also a disparity between the last verse which is I and the rest which is we. I know you can't have megalomania for all but I'd be tempted to change the second line to

which will rule the world

Just to tidy it up a little.

However, it's really good as it is - look forward to hearing it.
