If you want a suggestion for something a bit different but still within your capabilities, how about some old-fashioned '50's style rock'n'roll? Something along the lines of "Summertime Blues" or "That'll Be The Day" or "Wake Up Little Susie" - I know you're primarily an acoustic player, so that'd take you out of the comfort zone but still give you plenty of space to work in.
