(Week 17)
What happened immediately before?
A man in is 40s with thinning graying hair in a pony tail is going back to his parents storage unit in Mesa, Arizona and going through the dusty boxes of personal belongings he left “temporarily' 15 years before. When he started a job traveling as a roadie and never got off the road….until now.

What's about to happen?
You see the man escape the heat into the concrete storage unit.
Hear the loud rattle of the metal garage door as he unlocks the pad lock and the reverberation as the door flies open in a more empty than full storage unit.
He's thinking about having a yard sell, but not many people are out on these hot summer days in June……most stay indoors air-con and cable-ready dependent.
Feel the itchy layers of dust from cardboard boxes as he wipes them off with a faded and tattered Motley Crew tour shirt bundled up in the corner of the room. He's opening boxes and boxes of vhs tape, but no player to play them on. The dry Arizona heat has kept the tapes in good shape, layers of tapes haphazardly tossed in the large cardboard U-Haul boxes. His memory floods back to the various movie and the friends and girlfriends hanging out while the movies sometimes were watched and other times turned into background noise for more pressing intimate moments of urgency…… other movies remind him of how bored out of his skull and lonely he was…..movie after movie…..living his life vicariously through those tapes

And the moccasins always comfortable, sometimes people mistook him for Indian with his long hair and dark tanned skin…..they have a lot of wear and still hold up, but who wants to literally walk in another man's shoes. Maybe he'll keep a couple of pairs. The still fit snug. They still have the scent of cherry tobacco.

Who is there?
The man's by himself reminiscing of life back then.

Why is this happening?
Life keeps moving on….what is valued one day isn't the next
