By removing the "Mime" you made the song stronger.
Over the past couple of years I have noticed that you often end your songs witha big reveal "punch line" as though the last words are a kind of payoff. This song is good enough to not need a gimmick ending.

Your song was initially about a song writer, then a mime, then it resolved into being about an actor. On a related note, have you ever heard of a band named "The Hello People"? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H2MiODsMY30
