I like Ol' Junkyard Joe - it almost reminds me of a folk song chorus up there with "Oh, Susanna" and "Clementine." It definitely struck me as a simple, homey song (I don't know if that's what you were intending). I agree with MJBird about it sounding a bit like "Bad, bad Leroy Brown."

My only tiny comment:
Perhaps change the first line from Ol' Junkyard Joe, Junkyard Joe to Junkyard Joe, Ol' Junkyard Joe It seems to flow better, but just a suggestion...
