as far as the assignment is concerned I think you did not follow it very consequently, as not all parts go like AABB, but then again I dunno if the whole song has to be AABB or if the chorus can be different. anyway I'd be the last person to criticise you for not following a certain pattern. :lol:

apart from that your song appeals to me in a way, I like the feeling I get from it though I cannot put it into words. I also like the way 'the night is dark and dangerous'(quite beautiful statement) reappears again and again(though not in AABB but what the hell).

overall I really like it. good work.

also i didnt know this before the previous task so i'm guessing that you dont but apparently salamander can mean an elemental spirit that lives in fire.
