Well of course you need to secure the garden gnomes when a hurricane comes along. You don't want the news headline next day to be:

"Man killed by 100 mph gnome"

..and the eggs? Well why is it when you get news of impending bad weather people buy entirely too much toilet paper, bread and too many eggs?

Thank you all for your concern, kind words, emails and IMs.

Back to SSG...

Let's take what you've got so far and put together the
chorus. Write a four line chorus, not three, not five
and not eight. I'll even do half of it for you - Lines
1 and 3 have to be the same! Don't say I'm not helpful!

You get several thousand bonus points if you can tie
that repeated line directly into your original idea.

Using my own choices as an example, I might write:

Shouting at the sky
Words I haven't picked yet will go here
Shouting at the sky
and something really clever goes here.

That's kinda catchy, huh?

What if you need an eight line chorus to fit your lyric? Hold your horses and stick around until we get the verses written.

Good luck and good writing.

Nick
