Unfortunately, we don't always get the voice we want - I always wanted to sing like Lennon, or Paul Rodgers, but my voice is more suited to crooning, which bugs me. Still, there's nothing I can do about it, so I've had to settle for being me.

This sounds to me like your holding your voice back and not being totally relaxed { says the guy who can't sing }

I really like the guitar but there was something about the recording that wasn't working for me and I think it may have been your voice , don't get me wrong ...Your voice is lovely but I do think your holding back if you know what I mean ...
In other words what I mean ...Let it out Girl , just open up and let it out ....

(for whatever reason.. i hear a child singing these lines in my head) i usually am all for melancholy, but this was just what i needed today :wink:
also really like your "tomorrow.." lines. maybe they deserve their own song :wink:
