It's a powerful thing to be going through but at the same time it's the sort of thing that can easily turn generic. His idea about making a letter out of it does give you a wonderful means of making it more personal than generic.

Looking forward to reading how it turns out.

Peace

I'm with you guys...this was reallly hard! We had it easy the past two weeks with the colors and the numbers but I was stuped on this one. Here's what I came up with.

Part One-- My song is going to be about one friend that I have that I love dearly and have a blast with but that is constantly hurting me and breaking my heart and is just completely not going anywhere in life, which isn't very inspiring. Breaking away from her is hard because it's almost like an addiction but I know it will be better for me to be on my own. I'm going to write it like I'm talking straight to the friend.

So..here's how it's gonna go, I think....

Verse 1--explaining the friend and the fun we have

Verse 2--how she brings me down and hurts me

Chorus--how I can "fly above her" and be better without her

Verse 3--had a chance to be a good friend but blew it

Verse 4--now I will be independent

Back to Chorus

End--moving on without you

Any suggestions would be helpful...I dunno if I like where it's going but we'll see....
