The melody brings across the feeling of a misty morning, almost like a quiet before the storm feeling, this helps to get the message across perfectly.<br><br>The lyrics are strong, to me they show an individuals doubt of who's war he's fighting and how such bloodshed could be worth anything.<br>I think this is an excellent approach to the assignment, I was in the ranks of those who'd never heard of ANZAC before. Thanks for the link!<br>

Well, you definitely achieved the haunting feel.  Was well done.  Would be nice if I could hear the lyrics better but I agree you need to maintain that "hauntingness".  :)<br><br>Like The Celt (John ) mentioned I am trying to devope my own style a bit of music , Dylan , Waits , Cohen , then I reckon in years there might even be Hilch  :oops:  :oops: ( am I a dreamer or what ?)

Nevertheless, the emotion came across quite well,  Very haunting, melancholy feel to it.  <br><br>Prior to listening to the track my first comment was going to be about the number of occurrences of "bloody" (though I understand living on the same patch of dirt as you :)).
