Fairly good depiction of the summer solstice here :wink:

Reads very easily and can hear it as a folky kind of number.

Agree with Celt over those two lines - they upset the song for me.

It's a pretty good song and most of it flows well.

The only part that sounded a bit forced to me was We can lie on the sand and brown like berries
Or nap in the shade of a leafy old tree And that's not that bad.

You did use the old Moon/June rythme but sometimes it's OK
to fall back on tradition. It works here.
