Great Job! I didn't get a chance to comment before the MP3 but I'm glad I waited
because I wasn't sure how you were going to pull it off.
This sounds like Mellisa Etheridge at her best.
I do hope to hear this one live as David mentioned. I think it

I disagree with Ken to a point
Bravo to you for writing a Boy/Girl song that has no gender.
That is to say.... A guy could sing this song as well as a girl.
Something that's not all that easy to accomplish in writing. :D It could be sung by a male but there is something decidedly feminine about it for me
and I like that.

Wonderful playing and singing.

I'm quite an emotional person and I tell how good music is by how much it moves me at first listen. I have to tell you that scored a 'Both Tear Ducts' rating, with 'Trickles down to the jawline on both sides' bonus stars. Short of outright bawling that's my top score. 8)

You write something this good and don't put an MP3 with it? Ah, I see, you're building the tension.....

I think this is a very good piece of writing - I'd almost file it under "black humour....." - but where it really scores is by being so erotic without being explicit - if Madonna could write something like this, she'd be worth listening to!

Well, I'm lost for words, I love it! IMO, this'd be a great song for someone like Bonnie Raitt to do, with that durty, DURTY chuckle she has.....I'd rather hear this more blues than country......
