By the way, I'd say half of the time post removal is a group decision. Anything bigger than post removal ALWAYS is discussed and agreed upon by all other moderators, including David. Even if I'm convinced I'm right I discuss with the rest of the mods before doing anything. Then again if they don't agree with me I fire them, so I have a pretty good success rate. Also someone has to be the final arbiter of what is good and right, and for better or worse, it's me. Besides, I've been doing this for ten years now. I think I've almost got the hang of it.

Apparently also YouTube videos cannot be posted, I tried to post of clip of my singing in 4 octaves and it was disapproved for promoting another webpqage or something??? I don't understand, do you have to upload the video on the forum's server instead of Youtube to get it accepted? I have to post to Questions I guess.
